You can recommend any of our products to your friends by clicking on the 'Email a Friend' link on the product pages. . In the window that appears, you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend and click "Recommend". We try our best to make sure the products we offer are always in stock however, we occasionally sell out of particular products. If the item you order is out of stock, we'll notify you within 48 hours. Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. Orders can ONLY be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returns processed after the 14 day period are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note returns cannot be accepted after 30 days of item receipt.

Coupon Redemption

Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes).
Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time by the UPS server and we simply charge the exact shipping cost with no handling fees.
